We will be happy to special order any item available but not currently stocked in our store, whether it be that new super large skimmer, or that rare, impossible to find fish.  If our suppliers have it we will order it for you.

Simply e-mail us at the store and we will start searching our supplier lists for your item.  Once we find it we will contact you (usually within 2 business days) with the price and expected delivery date .  Please include "Special Order" in the subject line of your e-mail, as well as the best phone number, and time to reach you.

Please realize that due to the expenses associated with this service we do require a 50% deposit prior to ordering any item over $99.  To save you a trip to the store we will gladly accept Paypal, or you can call the store to use your Visa or MasterCard by phone.

*All orders not picked up by the specified date/time will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
